2. Mojafoods Services

Mojafoods connects customers with restaurants for food ordering and delivery services across South Africa. We add a service fee of 10-20% to the restaurant's listed prices, which serves as our commission for providing this service, payment processing, and customer support.

3. User Accounts

To place orders, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments

All payments are processed through Paystack. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount including:

• Food items with our service fee
• Delivery fees (if applicable)
• Taxes and other charges

5. Order Acceptance

Restaurants reserve the right to accept or reject orders at their discretion. We are not responsible for a restaurant's decision to reject an order.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made before the restaurant begins preparing your order. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Mojafoods, including logos, text, and images, is our property or the property of our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any food quality issues, delivery delays, or other problems arising from restaurant actions. Our liability is limited to the service fees we collect.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Mojafods after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
