To place an order, browse restaurants, select items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide delivery details and payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through Paystack, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money.
Delivery & Tracking
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by restaurant and location. You'll see estimated delivery times when placing your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order in real-time through the 'My Orders' section once it's out for delivery.
What if I'm not available when my order arrives?
Contact the driver through the app if you need to adjust delivery instructions. For missed deliveries, we'll attempt to contact you.
Account & Settings
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click 'Forgot Password'. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How do I update my delivery address?
You can manage your addresses in the 'Account Settings' section of your profile.
How do I delete my account?
Contact our support team to request account deletion. Note this will cancel any pending orders.
Restaurant Partners
How do I join as a restaurant partner?
Visit our restaurant sign-up page and complete the application form. Our team will review your application.
How are payments processed for restaurants?
We process payments through Paystack and transfer earnings to your bank account weekly, minus our commission.
How do I update my menu or restaurant information?
Restaurant partners can manage their profiles through the restaurant dashboard after logging in.
